COOLBINIA RENOVATION

This project involves renovations and additions to an iconic Art Deco 1957 home in Coolbinia.

Our scope involves bringing this house back to its former glory, involving interior renovations, new built garage and gym and service spaces.

A key aspect of the design is to enhance the connection between interior and exterior, with the kitchen and family living being remodelled to address the substantial front garden, which becomes the focal point for entertaining and family life.

We are working with our client and the team at TDL to realise this collective vision for this special home.

This house is built on the land of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation.
