FULL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Full Architectural services involves developing the design into a set of detailed documents (drawings and written specification) to communicate the design to a builder. It also involves overseeing the construction process and administration the building contract on your behalf to ensure build quality and realisation of the design.

We can also tailor our scope to meet clients needs and budgets. If you have a close working relationship with a builder you may not require involvement on site, or you may require less detail in your documentation.

CONCEPT DESIGN SERVICE

If you’d like to test the waters of what you can do on your site, we also offer a Concept Design service. We can design a single, or multiple Concept Design options for your site, and provide preliminary builder costings to help you find the best solution for you.
